Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I'd say regular cookies, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, then I am really fairly in love. And when chocolate chips have been thrown in the mix? OMG!
Plus they only take 15 minutes to create and also clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!
This really isn't even a recipe. It's me telling you how to mix two items together for sweet pride which you don't have to feel guilty about.
For reals. No weird processed ingredients out of a box. Virtually all natural materials.
Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF oats). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think that they're a good breakfast (or wholesome treat!) For whoever you are. That is unless you're allergic to bananas or oats. Sorry!

In large bowl blended mashed banana oats until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favourite add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a tsp of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; then squirt a bit using a rubber spatula. Cookies can keep in a covered container for a few days, or sites they may be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 biscuits.
